...LARGE AREA OF DISORGAINZED LOW PRESSURE FORECAST TO FORM THIS WEEKEND...HEAVY RAINS, GUSTY WINDS WILL SPREAD OVER THE NORTHERN LEEWARD AND PUERTO RICO...

I CONTINUE TO MONITOR THIS STORM INVEST AS THE FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 5 DAYS IS AT 50%.  AS IT IS NOW WE DON'T HAVE ANY ORGANIZED SYSTEM TO GO BY. SO WE WON'T KNOW IF THIS SYSTEM WILL BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE OR JUST A GALE CENTER OR SUBTROPICAL/HYBRID STORM SYSTEM UNTIL MID NEXT WEEK.  REGARDLESS OF DEVELOPMENT THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING GUSTY WINDS, LIGHTNING, AND HEAVY RAINS AND COASTAL FLOODING IN THE COMING WEEK.

THE GFS IS SUGGESTING A STRONG TROPICAL STORM MOVING ACROSS CENTRAL FLORIDA.  THE EURO SUGGEST A DISORGANIZED LOW WITH RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS,

CMC ALSO SUGGEST A TROPICAL STORM AS WELL AND NONE OF THESE CAN BE RULED OUT.  SO WE CONTINUE TO MONITOR AND BE READY IF A STORM DOES MOVE TOWARD FLORIDA.
