AS NICOLES MOVES OVR THE WARMER WATERS OF THE BAHAMAS AND THE LOW TIGHTENES UP A BIT WILL BEGIN TO SEE NICOLE DEVELOPING TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND STRENGTHENING INTO A HURRICANE.
THE WIND FIELD IN THIS STORM HAS EXPANDED SINCE IT IS A WEAK SYSTEM AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUT 275 MILES FROM THE CENTER. SO A LARGE AREA OF FLORIDA WILL EXPERIENCE GUSTY TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS.
