PTC2 is still interacting with south America but should strengthen as it moves over the southern Caribbean between Nicaragua and Colombia. System has good outflow banding and land is impeding the inflow on the southern quadrant of the disturbance. NHC has issued a Hurricane and Tropical Storm watch for Nicaragua and Costa Rica.RTW
