Environmental conditions are not favorable for tropical cyclone formation at this time.

  • Tropical wave #1 is located in the south Caribbean between 82°-80° west Lat.  This wave has the northern axis partially over the Southern Caribbean while the Southern axis of the wave is over the East Pacific.  There is some strong to moderate showers and storms over the south Caribbean and the East Pacific mainly associated with the interaction with Monsoon trough.
